New Home ~
If you are building a new home, we will schedule an initial consultation as soon as you have your first set of plans from your architect. We will meet with you in our showroom to look over the plans and begin a working discussion on ideas for your new spaces. Typically, when you are working with a builder, Custom Kitchens by Martin & Co will lay out any of the kitchens, baths, laundry rooms and even utility and office spaces, then install your new cabinetry when the walls, flooring, plumbing and electric are ready. We work closely with many area builders to ensure that our segment of the project is scheduled and coincides with other sub-contractor’s work being performed in your new home. All cabinet installations are only performed by our experienced team of finished carpenters.
General Remodel ~
If you are looking to tear out an old kitchen or bathroom and fill the space with stunning new cabinetry in a beautiful and functional design, Custom Kitchens by Martin & Co can provide you with not only the design, but also experienced guidance with all your selections for your new space. We have all the latest information available on everything from appliances to faucets and will work with you to make all the right choices to suit your needs and lifestyle, as well as to compliment your beautiful new cabinetry. Our own team of finished carpenters work quickly and neatly to bring your cabinetry installation to completion in the shortest period of time possible.
Extensive Remodel ~
We can also function as your general contractor for bump-outs and expansions, or small additions, and complete the work with the finest materials on the market and finished carpentry available. We can move one internal wall between rooms or an entire exterior wall of your home. The initial appointment would be in your home to look at the existing spaces to be modified and to look for any potential problems, such as structural or plumbing. If the project is beyond our means, then we will gladly offer a contractor referral who can handle the entire scope of your project. This would be determined in the very first stage of consultation so as to not waste your time and ours, and to keep your project moving forward. Outside of our own team of experienced carpenters, we employ only the highly skilled and most dependable sub-contractors.
